REFUND POLICY

At laeena.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order, as these terms govern returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with standard Pakistani e-commerce practices.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • After 10 days, no return, exchange, or refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Damaged Item on Delivery

  • If your product arrives in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the item.
  • Damaged products reported within this time frame are eligible for a free replacement.
  • No claims for damaged items will be accepted after 48 hours.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out via our official WhatsApp number within the eligible time frame.
  2. Return Address:
    Our team will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Product:
    Send the item back to the provided address.
    (Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.)
  4. Inspection:
    Once received, our quality team will inspect the item to ensure:
    • The product is not physically damaged
    • There are no signs of usage or tampering
    • Packaging is intact and not excessively damaged
  5. Approval:
    If approved, we will proceed with either:
    • Exchange, or
    • Refund (excluding shipping charges)

4. Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any applicable return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

5. Conditions for Rejection

We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds if:

  • Request is made after 10 days
  • Damaged item is reported after 48 hours
  • Product is used, altered, broken, or shows signs of wear
  • Original packaging is missing or heavily damaged

6. Processing Time

  • Inspection takes 2–4 business days after receiving the returned parcel.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or a mutually agreed alternative.
